3- How does AppMax security work?

AppMax is responsible for the customer's money from the beginning of the purchase until the moment the product arrives at your home. Remember that the refund is 100% guaranteed, if the product arrives defective or broken or even does not arrive at your home, we will refund all your money.

4- What is the delivery time?

Our customers are receiving it in around 7 to 20 business days.

The product will go directly from the manufacturer to your home.

The warranty period is a maximum of 30 business days. If it does not arrive within this period, we will refund your money without any bureaucracy, directly into your bank account.

5- Where does the product come from?

Our suppliers are mostly from the United States, Asia and Europe.

6- Is there a guarantee of use?

We have an exchange or refund guarantee if you use it for 7 days and find any manufacturing problems.

7- What if my delivery is delayed?

Don't worry. Your shipment is tracked daily and if the product does not arrive for some unexpected reason, within 60 business days counted after shipping, in accordance with the shipping and delivery terms, 100% of the payment will be refunded.

8- Can I be taxed at Brazilian Customs?

According to Decree Law 1804/80, an article on imports, it is explicit that any imported product may be taxed if it exceeds the cost value of $50 USD (United States dollars).

The vast majority of our products are below this value, however the product may be taxed depending on the size of the merchandise.

If this happens to your product, please contact us so we can guide you on how to proceed. Please note that in the case of taxed products, it will be the sole responsibility of our store/company to pay the amount charged.
